A project for a newly constructed finca, The Green Project , for sale with Ibiza Lodges, is situated in a magical spot in a valley near to San Mateo. With surrounding green hills and all day sun, one has the feeling of being perfectly alone in the world in this spot. A true haven from the hustle and bustle of every day life.
The architecture is modern rustic, with 3 large bedroom suites placed around a vast central living and entertaining area. There is a further bedroom suite in the annex 20 meters from the house. The kitchen is partially on show for social cooking, with a ‘working’ section that can close off. Each bedroom has its own private terrace or garden and there are also plenty of relaxation, eating and living areas.
Below the house is a 15 meter pool and areas of manicured gardens giving way to the surrounding natural habitats.
The basement level offers ample storage possibilities and also the choice of indoor or leisure spaces, such as an indoor gym or movie room. There is an old agricultural storage space that could also be developed.
The house has an easy circulation and traditional finca feel, offset by very high ceilings and modern minimal framed glass doors. The finishes will be high quality natural materials, with areas of typical Ibiza stone walling, combined with the contemporary fixtures and home automation one would expect from a house of this calibre.
