The Mediterranean style dining area is adjacent to the living room and can easily be incorporated to it. It has a large dining table to seat up to 12 people.

Master bedroom

The 100m2 master suite offers an enviable scenery day and night, a spacious dressing area, 30” flat screen television, and two separate en-suite bathrooms with a separate rain shower and large bathtub, and Grohe fittings. The suite has sea and sunset viewa, also equipated with a large gym with 2 x 2 m2 rain shower.

Juniors suites

The 4 junior suites each have king size beds, built-in closets, 40” flat screen televisions, and ensuite bathrooms with heated towels racks and Grohe fittings. The suites have rain showers.

The suites have independent terraces that open onto the lower garden and lawn, and spectacular sea and sunsets views. Suites are between 35 and 50m2.

This children bedroom includes twin beds, TV and views to the garden with fruit trees.

The maid quarters include 1 individual bedrooms and 1 individual bathrooms, as well as a common T.V. room.

Part of the garden is on a hill and because of the nclination some areas go above the height of the villa creating a breathtaking environment.
