Idylic authentic classic detached ibizencan country house ("casa payesa"), located in km 3 of the road from Ibiza to San Jose in the south of the island.

Located in a peaceful area far away enough from the main road but also in a handy position as it is very well connected with shopping areas with hypermarkets (Mercadona, Eroski, Citubo), banks,chemists and other shops. Far away enough from the airport as well so as not to be bothered. The nearest beaches are d'en Bossa, Es Cavallet, Salinas and Jondal.

All the walls are master ones of 70 cm of thickness and made from stones which ensures good insulation either in the summer or in the winter. All the ceilings are made from the masive classic beautiful sabina wood beams and wooden slats between them. All the windows are fully protected with iron grill for further security.

There is also an alarm curently instaled as well. All the  flooring is made from old genuine terracotta tiles. The floor of the garden area is made from rustic stony tiles. Central heating with radiators supplied by fuel.  Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
 

The house has in total five bedrooms (four double and one single) and three bathrooms of which two are en suite.In the ground floor there is a magnificent entrance under a porch with a small cosy outdoors livingroom on the right side and an old well on the left side. The house has a tourist license for summer rentals..
