There is a stunning 20m infinity pool and pool-side dining / kitchen area, lovely Mediterranean gardens, fruit trees, a vineyard and a large grass lawn.

The villa  is a 2 minute drive from the unknowingly cool local tapas restaurant and bar, Can Tixedo and the hamlet of Forada. The villages of San Rafael and Santa Gertrudis with plenty of great restaurants are a 10 minute drive from the house and Ibiza town is only 20 minutes away. Virtually all the islands best beaches can be reached in 20 to 30 minutes but we imagine that most of your time will be spent relaxing at this beautiful villa.

The villa has spacious open plan living and dining areas with huge sliding glass doors connecting the internal and external areas seamlessly. There is a state of the art kitchen with an island breakfast bar. In total there are four very well sized double bedrooms all ensuite. One bedroom has a free-standing bath and the other three have walk in showers. The master bedroom is an outstanding room with breathtaking views, giant sliding glass doors that fully recess into the walls, giving a great inside/outside feeling. The master bedroom is on the main living area level, two of the bedrooms are downstairs and one bedroom is accessed externally. The whole house has been decorated with superb style.
