This magnificent villa, designed by the famous architect Bernard Schalck, appeared in several art magazines due to its outstanding modern lay-out and the breathtaking view over the sea and Es-Vedra, the legendary rocky island of Ibiza. The landscape is overgrown with centenary olive trees and pines. Built on one storey facing South, the house gets plenty of light and sun throughout the day and includes 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, though the expansive floorplan could meet the needs for two additional bedrooms.
