The Imagine villas in Cap Martinet are a three storey house with fantastic views of the Mediterranean and Formentera which sits on a 1.104 m2 sloped South facing urban plot in the area of Cap Martinet, Ibiza.
The Villas enjoy a clear panoramic view of Formentera and Cap Martinet, the cape that gives the name to the area.
The different levels unfold and end up with the main living spaces on an upper platform which overlook the sea and has an infinity edge swimming pool as the backdrop for the views of the sea.
The main space of the project, the true heart of the house, accommodates the Kitchen / Dining & Living room. Its design fulfills the goal of being unique, character-filled space, a special place for the slow living.
The Master Bedroom sits slightly off the Main living areas and its volume embraces the Swimming pool area while enjoying the views from the privileged upper position of the plot. The swimming pool is to blend with the deep blue of the sea and the enhancement of the horizontal panoramic view.
Outdoor life is enhanced by means of generous terraces, with the prominence of the one at the top level, in between the Kitchen / Living & Dining room and the Swimming pool, with the presence of a well shaded area.
The bedroom wing resolves the accommodation on the level beneath, with open views and private terraces. All bedrooms are en-suite and have a private terrace.
Entrance is gained through the lower part of the plot from carrer de Cap Martinet, a quiet street in one of the most desired areas in Ibiza. A big Basement accommodates a covered garage, storage area and all the required plant rooms on the house.
A carefully selected palette of materials and finishes defines this development, with the search of a timeless and elegant character throughout the house. The natural stone of Ibiza clads the external walls and provide with a stone base to the house while blurring the scale of the three levels.
